A galaxy far, far away....

One of my favorite things my entire life has been Star Wars. I grew up with it, saw them in the theater as a kid, had just about every action figure, bed sheets, clothes, etc. I use to draw epic battle scenes of tie fighters, x-wings & star destroyers. If ever I got the chance to travel back in time and tell my 5 year old self that one day you'll create an officially licensed piece of art for Star Wars, I think my head would explode like the Death Star.

And here is what I came up with...

A New Hope
Size: 12x36
Medium: 6-color screenprint on Cougar Natural 100 Cover
Edition Size: 250 signed and numbered
Price: $50.00

This piece will be released tomorrow Feb 14th at a random time at Dark Ink Art, part of Acme Archives Direct. Follow them on Twitter and Facebook to find out when they drop. So tomorrow, don't waste money on flowers or a heart shaped box of Wookie cookies, this is the ultimate valentine for the geeky nerf herder in your life.

Unbelievable. It's already sold out!!! Any chance of a re-print, since I think this is a most-sought item for many fans of both your work and Star Wars??

Also, many of them are already for re-sale on eBay with prices ranging from $100 to $175. Why people do that? Sorry Dave, I guess I'm just upset I didn't make it to get one.

Amaze-a-balls! I was 5 days to late to the game but seriously love it. Would go great next to my daughters pink Darth Vader we had painted in her room! Next time.
